Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat
– Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹30,000 per month (take-home)
– Qualification: Graduate
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield
