Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process enhancements
– Develop and implement process improvements to drive business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
– Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures
