– Role: Operations Analyst
– Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: Min 1.6+ Years (Graduate Freshers can apply)
– Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: Brookfield

# Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
2. Develop and implement process enhancements to optimize business performance, drive efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
5. Develop, maintain, and present operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
