We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill positions across various departments. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews.
Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage the recruitment process.
Maintaining a database of candidates and tracking their application status.
Handling candidate queries and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Assisting in managing job postings and job advertisements.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from shortlisting to offer stage.
Meeting weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and team members.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
Experience in recruitment or a strong interest in HR-related work.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques is preferred.
