Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹24,000 Take Home
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
– Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services to provide expert support
Required Skills:
– Customer Service: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Technical: Basic technical knowledge of products/services
– Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
