This is a Customer Support role offering a salary of up to 24K take-home per month. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be qualified with at least a PUC (Pre-University Course) or equivalent. The position operates in rotational shifts, with 5 working days per week and 2 rotational days off.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
