Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products/services
– Provide product/service information, solutions, and recommendations to customers
– Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues
– Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior teams
