Key Responsibilities:

– Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems

Job Requirements:
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
– Qualification: PUC and above
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
