Job Description

*Job Role:* Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
*Salary:* Up to 26K take-home per month, depending on experience and performance
*Experience Required:* Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
*Qualification:* PUC and above
*Shift Details:* Rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage
*Work Schedule:* 5 days working with Saturday and Sunday fixed off
*Work Location:* ITPL Whitefield, Bangalore
