– Salary: Upto ₹25,000 Take Home
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational Shift
– Working Days: 5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Document customer interactions and resolutions
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
– Identify and escalate complex customer issues
Required Skills:
– Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
