**Key Responsibilities**:
– 🗂️ Offer personalized counseling services to students.
– 📘 Help students understand program options and career paths.
– 📈 Keep abreast of EdTech trends and new learning tools.
– 🤝 Coordinate with departments for comprehensive student support.
– 📊 Monitor student achievements and provide improvement strategies.

**Qualifications**:
– 🎓 Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
– 💼 Relevant experience in the EdTech industry.
– 🗣️ Fluency in English and Hindi.
– 📋 Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities.
– ⚡ Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
