**Main Responsibilities**:
– 🗂️ Provide tailored academic counseling.
– 📘 Guide students through program selections and career planning.
– 📈 Keep current with EdTech trends and innovations.
– 🤝 Collaborate with other teams for holistic student support.
– 📊 Track and report on student progress.

**Essential Qualifications**:
– 🎓 Bachelor’s degree required.
– 💼 Must have EdTech industry experience.
– 🗣️ Strong communication in English and Hindi.
– 📋 Superior organizational skills.
– ⚡ Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
