Job Description
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering our products/services to meet those needs. You will be required to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
2. Understand customer needs and offer our products/services to meet those needs.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales.
2. PUC and above qualification.
3. Fluency in English and Kannada or Hindi.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
