Multilingual Telesales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers through outbound calls in multiple languages.

*Job Description*
As a multilingual Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in multiple languages, including English and Kannada or Hindi. You will make outbound calls to potential customers, generate sales leads, and convert them into customers.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
2. Convert sales leads into customers through effective communication and persuasion.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales calls and customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.

*Requirements*
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales.
3. Fluency in English and Kannada or Hindi.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
