Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to generate sales leads.
2. Pitch products or services to customers and answer their queries.
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Update customer records and sales databases.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
