Job Description
As an Operations Analyst, you will be required to possess multilingual skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, analyze business operations, and drive process improvements. You will need to be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
4. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

Requirements
1. Graduate degree in any field.
2. Minimum 1.6+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field (Graduate Freshers can also apply).
3. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
