Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
4. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

Requirements
1. Graduate degree in any field.
2. Minimum 1.6+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field (Graduate Freshers can also apply).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
