Key Responsibilities

2. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
4. Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment metrics.
5. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements
1. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office.
