Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our HR department with various tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
2. Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.
3. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and other perks.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and benefits documentation.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve HR-related issues and improve HR processes.
Requirements
1. Relevant degree in HR or related field.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in HR.
3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
