Job Description
As an Accounts Manager, you will be required to communicate with clients and stakeholders in multiple languages. Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GST and taxation laws.
3. Generate invoices and manage the invoicing process.
4. Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
5. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting.
2. Knowledge of GST, invoice generation, taxation laws, and accounting standards.
3. Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
