Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with multilingual expertise to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Fluency in English and one or more regional languages.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software.
