Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with multilingual expertise to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide product or service information to customers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work in a rotational UK shift.
