Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
4. Utilize knowledge base and other resources to resolve customer issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
