Job Description
As a remote Customer Support representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be required to work from our office location for training and occasional meetings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide customer support and assistance via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions.
5. Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software.
