Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
4. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to think critically
