Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, making outbound calls to customers, and resolving payment-related issues. We offer a flexible work schedule to support your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts receivable and resolve payment-related issues.
2. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments and resolve disputes.
3. Update customer information and payment records in the system.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex payment issues.
5. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.

Requirements
1. Min 6 months experience in AR or related field.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and AR software.
