Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller with multilingual expertise to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, making outbound calls to customers, and resolving payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts receivable and resolve payment-related issues.
2. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments and resolve disputes.
3. Update customer information and payment records in the system.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex payment issues.
5. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.

Requirements
1. Min 6 months experience in AR or related field.
2. Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and AR software.
