Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AR Caller with multilingual expertise to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, resolving outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling or a related field.
2. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
3. PUC and above qualification.
4. Ability to work in a fixed night shift.
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
