Job Description
As an AR Caller, you will be required to possess multilingual skills to effectively communicate with customers, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service. You will need to be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments.
2. Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer concerns.
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on collection activities and customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve collection processes.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in AR Calling or a related field.
2. PUC and above qualification.
3. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet collection targets.
