Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments.
2. Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
3. Update customer records and accounts receivable systems.
4. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in AR, collections, or a related field.
2. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in MS Office and AR software.
