Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support representative, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide product or service information to customers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and issues.
5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
1. Graduate degree in any field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
3. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in MS Office and technical support software.
