Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements
