Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions.
5. Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support.
3. Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
