Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives in a non-voice capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues via chat and email. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and support requests through chat and email.

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.

Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.

Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Salary:

Freshers and experienced candidates will receive a take-home salary of ₹19,000 per month.

An additional retention bonus of ₹15,000 will be provided.

Shift Details:

Work in US rotational shifts.

Enjoy a 5-day workweek with 2 rotational days off.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have completed PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher.
