We’re hiring for a US voice process role in the insurance industry! Join our team to engage with customers and provide high-quality service.

Position Location:

EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, near Brookefield

Shift Details:

Fixed shifts in US timings

Shift options:

5:30 pm – 2:30 am

6:30 pm – 3:30 am

8:30 pm – 5:30 am

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 5 days a week

Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Salary & Benefits:

For 0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home pay

For 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 take-home pay

Additional variable pay: Up to ₹5,500 based on performance

Transportation:

Candidates near a metro station:

One-way metro travel (reimbursed)

Free cab service for the other direction

Other candidates: Free two-way cab service

Hiring Process:

3 rounds of interviews to assess skills and fit

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Graduate (Please note: BE, B.Tech, and Master’s degree holders are not eligible)

2. Strong proficiency in English communication

3. Relevant experience in a similar role preferred
