Job Description:
Join our team as a Customer Support Associate, specializing in support for a well-known airline. This role involves assisting international customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.
Location:
Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification of PUC or above
Experience: At least 6 to 12 months in International Voice Support
Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English is essential
Salary and Benefits:
Compensation: Up to 28k CTC, with a 24k take-home salary
Shift: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off
Cab Facility: 2-way cab service provided for employees
Interview Process:
The selection process consists of three stages:
1. HR Round: Initial screening and discussion
2. Versant Test: Assessment of communication skills
3. Operations Round: Final assessment related to role requirements
