Customer Support Executive – Broadband (Chat Process)

Work Shift: UK Shift
Work Days: 5 days, with 2 rotational days off
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary Package:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take home
• Experienced (at least 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take home

Cab Facility:

• Male employees: Both-way transportation with a ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One-way transportation with a ₹1,375 deduction

Required Qualifications:

• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in International Chat Process

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Skill Assessment
3. Operations Interview

Interview Locations:

• Hennur and Koramangala, from Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 12 PM
