Job Description

Chat Support Associate – Broadband (UK Shift)

Shift: UK-based shift
Work Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off
Office Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take home
• Experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take home

Transportation:

• Male employees: Both-way cab service with ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One-way cab service with ₹1,375 deduction

Requirements:

• Open to freshers and those with at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Process

Interview Stages:

1. HR Interview
2. Assessment
3. Operations Interview

Interview Locations:

• Hennur and Koramangala, Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 12 PM
