Customer Support Associate – US Voice Process (Insurance)

???? Location: EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, near Brookefield
???? Shift Options: Fixed shifts for US timings
⌛️ Hours:

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

???? Schedule: Monday to Friday (???? Weekends off)
???? Pay Scale:

• ???? 0-17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)
• ???? 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
???? Additional Pay: Variable pay up to ₹5,500

???? Cab Services:

• Near metro: ???? One-way reimbursement & ???? one-way cab
• Others: ???? Two-way cab service

???? Qualifications:
???? Graduate only (No BE, BTech, Master’s)
???? Excellent English skills
???? Relevant experience
