Customer Support Associate – US Voice Process (Insurance)

Office Location: EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, near Brookefield
Shift Options: Fixed shifts for US timings
Shift Hours:

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Pay Scale:
• For 0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)
• For 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
Additional Incentives: Variable pay up to ₹5,500

Cab Services:

• Candidates near metro stations receive one-way reimbursement for metro and one-way cab service.
• Two-way cab service for others.

Qualifications Required:

1. Graduates only (excludes BE, BTech, and Master’s candidates)
2. Fluent English communication
3. Prior experience
