Job Description

US Insurance Voice Process Associate

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift Timings: Fixed US Shifts

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off on Saturday and Sunday)
Salary:
• 0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)
• 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Cab Facility:

• Candidates near metro stations travel one way via metro (reimbursement provided) and receive free cab service the other way.
• Other candidates receive two-way cab service.

Requirements:

1. Graduates only (no BE, BTech, or Master’s degree candidates)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant experience
