Position: Broadband Customer Support – Chat Process
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shift: UK Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational days off

Salary Details:

For Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home

For Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (requires a minimum of 6 months experience in an International Chat Process)

Cab Facility:

Male Employees: Two-way transportation, ₹2,750 deduction

Female Employees: One-way transportation, ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility Criteria:

Open to freshers and experienced candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process

Interview Process:

1. HR Round

2. Skill Assessment

3. Operations Round

Interview Venue:

Locations: Hennur & Koramangala

Timings: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
