We are excited to announce openings for the Broadband Customer Support role, where you’ll engage with customers through chat, providing assistance and solutions to enhance their experience.

**🕒 Shift**: UK Shift
**📅 Working Days**: 5 days on, 2 rotational off days
**📍 Location**: Brookfield, Bangalore

**💰 Salary**:
– **Freshers**: ₹21,000 take-home
– **Experienced**: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (requires at least 6 months in an International Chat Process)

**🚖 Cab Facility**:
– **Boys**: Round trip, ₹2,750 deduction
– **Girls**: One way, ₹1,375 deduction

**✅ Eligibility**:
– Freshers welcome; candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process

**🔄 Interview Rounds**:
1️⃣ HR Interview
2️⃣ Assessment Test
3️⃣ Operations Interview

**📍 Interview Locations**:
– Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
