We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for our Broadband Customer Support role, focused on providing exceptional service via chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience.
**Shift**: UK Shift
**Working Days**: 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days
**Location**: Brookfield, Bangalore
**Salary**:
– **Freshers**: ₹21,000 take-home
– **Experienced**: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (requires a minimum of 6 months in International Chat Process)
**Cab Facility**:
– **Boys**: Round trip, ₹2,750 deduction
– **Girls**: One way, ₹1,375 deduction
**Eligibility**:
– Open to freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process
**Interview Process**:

2️⃣ Assessment
3️⃣ Operations Round
**Interview Locations**:
– Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
