Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative – Broadband Chat Process
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shift: UK Shift
Working Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotational days off

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 (Take Home)
• Experienced (6+ months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 (Take Home)

Cab Facility:

• Male Employees: Two-way cab with ₹2,750 deduction
• Female Employees: One-way cab with ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months in an International Chat Process

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Venue:

• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 12 PM
