Job Description
Job Title: Insurance Voice Process – Customer Support (US Shifts)
???? Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
⏰ Shift Timings: Fixed US Shifts (5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, 8:30 pm – 5:30 am)
???? Work Days: Monday-Friday (Weekends Off)
???? Salary Details:
• ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (0-17 months experience, Take Home)
• Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home) for 18+ months experience
• ???? Variable pay up to ₹5,500
???? Cab Facility:
• One-way free cab + metro reimbursement (for near-metro)
• Two-way cab for non-metro candidates
???? Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation required (Excludes BE, BTech, and Master’s)
• Proficient in English communication
• Relevant experience
