Job Description

Job Title: US Voice Process Associate (Insurance)
Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
Shift Timings: Fixed US Shifts (5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, or 8:30 pm – 5:30 am)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends off

Salary:

• 0-17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
• Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

• One-way free cab; metro reimbursement for the other way (near metro)
• Two-way cab for non-metro candidates

Requirements:

• Graduate (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior relevant experience
