Job Opening: US Voice Process (Insurance)

Location:
Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, close to Brookefield.

Shift Details:
We offer three fixed shifts:

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Week Offs: Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday

Compensation:

For candidates with 0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

For candidates with 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

Candidates are required to travel one way by metro (reimbursement provided), with free cab service for the return trip.

For other candidates, two-way cab service is offered.

Interview Process:

The selection process includes three rounds of interviews.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Graduates only (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s degree holders)

2. Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills are required.

3. Experience: Previous experience in a voice process is essential.
