Position: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for a non-voice role, focused on providing excellent assistance to customers through chat and email support. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Position Details:

Compensation: For both freshers and experienced candidates, the role offers a ₹19,000 take-home salary per month along with a ₹15,000 retention bonus.

Shift: US rotational shifts, with flexibility required to cover both day and night shifts.

Minimum Qualification: Open to applicants with PUC (Pre-University Course) and above.

Working Hours: 5-day workweek with 2 rotational days off.

Transportation: Complimentary two-way cab service available within a 25 km radius to ensure easy commuting.
