We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in a non-voice process role. As a part of this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat and email, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
Key Details:
Salary: Freshers & experienced candidates can expect a take-home salary of ₹19,000 per month, plus an additional ₹15,000 retention bonus.
Shift Timings: US rotational shifts, requiring flexibility for night and day shifts to cater to our US-based clientele.
Qualifications Required: Candidates with a PUC (Pre-University Course) qualification or higher are eligible to apply.
Working Days: 5 days of work per week with 2 days rotational week off.
Cab Service: Free, 2-way cab service is provided within a 25 km radius for added convenience
